Hi!

We’re Marisa and Gianna, sisters, best friends, and the duo behind Charcuterie Girls FL.

With years of experience in the restaurant industry as servers and bartenders, we’ve always had a love for good food, great presentation, and creating memorable experiences for others. After spending so much time in hospitality, we knew we were ready to take that passion in a new direction.

In 2023, Gianna started making charcuterie boards just for fun, and quickly fell in love with the creativity and joy behind it. What began as a hobby soon turned into a shared dream, and before we knew it, Charcuterie Girls FL was born.

Today, we get to do what we love most: helping people celebrate life’s moments—big or small—with beautiful, intentional grazing spreads that bring everyone to the table.
